The kitchen is an ideal training ground for letting go of our vision of how things should be and appreciating unexpected outcomes. Preparing food is not about perfection; rather, it is about relaxing into the task of providing nourishment, and of passing loving energy through your hands into the food you're preparing for yourself or others.

If you don't have much experience cooking, or if you haven't enjoyed it in the past, cooking lessons are a wonderful way to change the way you feel about spending time in the kitchen. You may even find that, over time, you begin looking forward to preparing healthful meals and that you value contributing directly to the quality of your life and the lives of those around you.

From time to time, I offer cooking lessons in my own home or at local cooking schools. I am also available for private cooking classes in your home, designed to teach you what you want to learn. If I know it, I'll teach it, and I'm glad to work with you in whatever way best meets your needs.
